
Smoked Trout Dip / AIP
A smokey, savory dip featuring smoked trout, yogurt, herbs, and spices that is a perfect appetizer, party dip, or bar time snack.

- Finely slice scallions, including greens.
- Set aside.
- Finely shred trout fillets using two forks.
- Optionally pulse in food processor.
- Stir in coconut yogurt, dill, scallions, and New Bay seasoning.
- Add the juice of one lemon.
- Stir until blended.
Chill for minimum of 1 hour.- Serve with plantain chips or cassava crackers.
