
Pasta al Tonno / AIP
A great way to use leftover tuna steaks. NoMato sauce and cassava spaghetti bring this Italian dish to life while staying fully AIP compliant.

- Boil pasta in salted water.
- Cook 2 minutes shorter than instructions on box. Should be slightly underdone.
- Drain pasta holding one cup pasta water.
- Heat NoMato sauce and pasta water over medium heat.
- Add tuna steaks, breaking up into 3"-4" pieces.
- Cook over medium low until pasta is cooked through.
- Remove from heat and serve.
