A great way to use leftover tuna steaks. NoMato sauce and cassava spaghetti bring this Italian dish to life while staying fully AIP compliant.

Instructions

    • Boil pasta in salted water.
    • Cook 2 minutes shorter than instructions on box.  Should be slightly underdone.
    • Drain pasta holding one cup pasta water.
    • Heat NoMato sauce and pasta water over medium heat.
    • Add tuna steaks, breaking up into 3"-4" pieces.
    • Cook over medium low until pasta is cooked through.
    • Remove from heat and serve.
