Smoked Salmon Dip / AIP

Smoked salmon combines with coconut yogurt, lemon, dill, parsley, and scallions to make the perfect dip for parties, appetizers, and snacking.

Ingredients

Instructions

    • Chop scallions and add to non-reactive bowl.
    • Add salmon to the bowl and gently break up.
    • Add yogurt to the bowl.
    • Add the juice of one lemon to the bowl.
    • Add dill and parsley to the bowl.
    • Gently stir with a fork until combined.  Be careful not to mash the salmon.
    • Chill for 4-6 hours.

    Serve with plantain chips or sweet potato chips.
