
Smoked Salmon Dip / AIP
Smoked salmon combines with coconut yogurt, lemon, dill, parsley, and scallions to make the perfect dip for parties, appetizers, and snacking.

- Chop scallions and add to non-reactive bowl.
- Add salmon to the bowl and gently break up.
- Add yogurt to the bowl.
- Add the juice of one lemon to the bowl.
- Add dill and parsley to the bowl.
- Gently stir with a fork until combined. Be careful not to mash the salmon.
- Chill for 4-6 hours.
Serve with plantain chips or sweet potato chips.
