This happy hour favorite is now AIP Compliant. Our Bang Bang Shrimp uses our own Bang Bang spice mix to bring the favorite flavor and heat to crispy shrimp.

- Finely chop scallions.
- Juice 1/2 lemon into non-reactive mixing bowl.
- Combine all remaining ingredients with the lemon juice.
- Mix by hand until fully incorporated.
- Chill for minimum of 1 hour.
Shrimp

- Pre-heat coconut oil in skillet over medium heat.
- Combine tapioca flour, salt, garlic, and tamarind powder.
- Make sure shrimp are cleaned, shelled, and dry.
- Dip shrimp in coconut milk.
- Dredge shrimp through tapioca flour blend, making sure to coat thoroughly.
- Fry shrimp in coconut oil until golden brown and crispy, flipping half way through.
- Remove shrimp from heat and drain on paper towels.
- Serve with sauce. Either toss in the sauce or serve the sauce on the side.
