Worcestershire Sauce / AIP

Description

An AIP compliant version of the universally loved worcestershire sauce. Tamarind, aminos, and fish sauce bring the regular flavors, while horseradish powder and ginger bring a brightness.

Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 2 tbsp Water
  • 2 tbsp Coconut Aminos
  • 1 tbsp Fish Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Molasses
  • 1 tbsp Tamarind Paste
  • 1/4 tsp Powdered Ginger
  • 1/4 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Horseradish Powder
  • 1/8 tsp Cinnamon
Instructions

    • Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan.
    • Whisk until fully combined.
    • Heat on medium high heat to a strong simmer.
    • Remove from heat.
    • Store in fridge.
