Ingredients
3 Sweet Potatoes
2tsp Garlic Powder
1tsp Onion Powder
1tsp Cinnamon
2tsp Sea Salt
Instructions
Pre-Bake

Prick 2 of the potatoes multiple times with a fork or knife.
Roast these potatoes for 45 minutes at 425 degrees.
Shred the remaining sweet potato.
When done, remove from oven and allow to cool to touch.
Mix and Cook

When potatoes are cool, remove soft filling from skins.
Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl.
Form into tot shapes (ovals) and place on air fryer baking sheet.
