Ingredients
1 Zest of 1 orange
1/4cup Orange juice (fresh, or no sugar added)
2tbsp Olive oil (For sauce)
1tbsp Olive Oil (for sauteéing)
1/2tsp Sea salt
1tsp Dried tarragon
1bunch Fresh asparagus

Mix orange juice, 2 tbsp olive oil, orange zest, tarragon and salt in a mixing bowl.
Cut asparagus into 1" segments.
Cook

Lightly sautée for 3-5 minutes or until lightly crunchy.
Pour sauce over asparagus and heat for another 2 minutes.
Serve

Serve alongside light entreés such as chicken or fish.
