Description

An AIP approved "mayo" type coleslaw. Tangy, zesty, and sharp makes the perfect addition to barbecue, summer dishes, or any other casual meal.

Ingredients
  • 1/2 head Cabbage (medium)
  • 1 Carrot (medium)
  • 1/4 Yellow Onion
  • 1 Granny Smith Apple
    • Dressing
  • 1 cup Roadhouse Ranch
  • 4 tsps Apple Cider Vinegar
Prep

    • Shred Cabbage
    • Shred Carrot
    • Julienne Apple
    • Thinly Slice Onion
    2. Mix

    • Combine cabbage, carrot, onion, and apple in non-reactive bowl
    • Mix until well distributed
    3. Dress

    • Add yogurt and vinegar to slaw
    • Mix until coated evenly
    • Refrigerate and rest for minimum of 1 hour
