An AIP approved "mayo" type coleslaw. Tangy, zesty, and sharp makes the perfect addition to barbecue, summer dishes, or any other casual meal.
Ingredients

- Shred Cabbage
- Shred Carrot
- Julienne Apple
- Thinly Slice Onion
Mix

- Combine cabbage, carrot, onion, and apple in non-reactive bowl
- Mix until well distributed
Dress

- Add yogurt and vinegar to slaw
- Mix until coated evenly
- Refrigerate and rest for minimum of 1 hour
