- Mix orange juice, 2 tbsp olive oil, orange zest, tarragon and salt in a mixing bowl.
- Cut asparagus into 1" segments.
Cook

- Lightly sautée for 3-5 minutes or until lightly crunchy.
- Pour sauce over asparagus and heat for another 2 minutes.
Serve

Serve alongside light entreés such as chicken or fish.
